Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) - Thai Soft Power - สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครแฟรงเฟิร์ต

This type of visa is issued to foreign nationals who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand to participate in activities such as Muay Thai courses, Thai cooking classes, sports training, medical treatment, seminars or music festivals. This visa allows its holder to enter Thailand multiple times with a maximum stay of 180 days per entry.

Diese Art von Visum wird ausländischen Staatsangehörigen ausgestellt, die in das Königreich Thailand einreisen möchten, um an Aktivitäten wie Muay-Thai-Kursen, thailändischen Kochkursen, Sporttraining, medizinischer Behandlung, Seminaren oder Musikfestivals teilzunehmen. Es erlaubt dem Visuminhaber die mehrmalige Einreise nach Thailand mit einer maximalen Aufenthaltsdauer von 180 Tagen pro Einreise.

If the required documents (according to the type of visa) are complete, you will receive the result of the application within 15 consular days from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Frankfurt am Main. • Die Beantragung des Visums ist frühestens 90 Tage vor Beginn der Reise nach Thailand möglich, da das Visum für eine einmalige Einreise für 90 Tage ab dem Ausstellungsdatum gültig ist. Wird ein Visumantrag früher als die genannten 90 Tage eingereicht und läuft somit die Gültigkeit des Visums vor der Einreise nach Thailand ab, erstattet das Generalkonsulat die Gebühr nicht und es muss ein neues Visum beantragt werden.

The visa application is possible at the earliest 90 days before the start of the trip to Thailand, as the single-entry visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If a visa application is submitted earlier than the stated 90 days and the visa expires before entry into Thailand, the Consulate-General will not refund the fee and a new visa must be applied for.

• Nach der Einreise in Thailand : Die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts (mehrmalig, je nach Verlängerungsgrund, Dauer dem Work Permit entsprechend) und Wiedereinreise-Genehmigung (Re-Entry-Permit) können beim Immigrationsbüro (Immigration Bureau) in Thailand beantragt werden.

After entering Thailand: You can apply for an extension of stay and a re-entry permit at the Immigration Bureau in Thailand. The extension may be granted several times, depending on the reason for extension and the duration according to the work permit.

• Die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts und die Änderung bestimmter Visumarten liegen im alleinigen Ermessen des Immigrationsbeamten.
